Ms. Stone is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Clinical Transplant Dietitian. She is a member of NATCO and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Ms. Stone received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in dietetics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed her dietetic internship at the Medical University of South Carolina, and is currently pursuing a Masters’ Degree in Applied Nutrition at Northeastern University.
Ms. Stone was the kidney and liver transplant dietitian at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY, before transitioning to Cedars-Sinai in 2019. At Cedars-Sinai, she specialized in kidney and liver transplant and was co-chair of the Nutrition Education Committee. In 2022, Ms. Stone transitioned into a new role as a Therapeutic Nutrition Specialist with Abbott, providing nutrition support to doctors, nurses, and dietitians in the acute care setting. Liver Health Foundation looks forward to incorporating Ms. Stone’s experience in diet and nutrition for the benefit of liver transplant patients everywhere.
